Our Pharr: Our Future will result in a new comprehensive plan for the City of Pharr
A comprehensive plan is a long-term guide for the growth of a city that expresses the values and aspirations of the community and helps decision makers create policy choices that have the future of the city in mind. As the broadest policy document a city can create, a comprehensive plan forms the basis for decision-making across city government that looks at what people want for the future and steps that can be taken to make those wants a reality. Our Pharr: Our Future is about working together to find the best ways to achieve a prosperous future for Pharr by developing a vision, creating goals, enabling action, and measuring outcomes that serve that purpose.
